Deleted photos on my laptop

What should I do if I accidentally deleted photos on my laptop? Recycle bin folder is empty! Can you share some tips or guide for me to solve this problem?

Hello there. I recently also have similar problem, but with my iPhone. I accidentally deleted a folder with my favorite photos. I read several articles in internet and here I found a decision. Highly recommend to use exactly this application, it works really good!
