Who's the most critical character(s)?

I'm thinking of hiring a professional actor for a role or two. Is there a particular character, that if done sincerely and well contributes more to the event than the others?

Sorry for the late reply, but I'm not getting notifications for some reason. I'm hoping that you emailed customer service or texted us. To answer anyway, in this game, I would say Don Ravioli who will need to have several confrontations and die. But, truth is, hiring actors takes away from your friends being able to play these fun parts and isn't necessary.
