Mandatory Extortion and bullet wounds!

We have added a mandatory "extortion fee" if a player catches another player murdering an additional victim. I believe this solves the problem of a character not caring if they are turned in to the inspector or not because there is no real penalty. Take it or leave it, but it's what we're doing tomorrow night at the Four Deuces!

I'll be playing the murder victim so the guests won't know ahead of time who is going to die. My fiance is going to turn off the lights and pop the balloon. I also bought a bullet wound kit from a halloween store so I will have a realistic looking bullet wound under my hat and when I get shot I'll squeeze a container of fake blood on the wound and the hard floor under my head

I'm like a kid at Christmas I'm so excited. I even made up my own Four Deuces signs and turned my garage into a full casino!
