Adobe Printing

Postby Quanita » February 9th, 2005, 5:51 pm

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader 5, and the comment speech boxes for the information on each pdf file, is printing on the documents when I print?

Has anyone else come across this?
Can I turn it off?

Here are the instructions from Adobe:

READER 5: Choose File > Print, and make sure that the "Comments" option in the Print dialog box is NOT checked.

READER 6: Choose File > Print, and in the drop down list next to "Print What," make sure that "Document" is selected.

In Reader 5 there is a Comments option in the Print Dialog Box. I just double checked on both of my PC's and it is there. Maybe you are missing it?
